First, it was the masking of children that triggered a recent parent-led lawsuit against Pennsbury.
This time, alleged free speech censorship is at issue as the school district faces legal action for the second time in a matter of weeks.
Four Pennsbury taxpayers — Doug Marshall, Simon Campbell, Robert Abrams and Tim Daly — filed a lawsuit asking that Pennsbury School Board’s speech policies be deemed unconstitutional. ---SNIP---

Masking the students and muzzling the parents.
What is the Board...a bunch of Muzzle-ems?
The end game is parents being banned from school board meetings and recall efforts being prosecuted as terrorism or hate speech.
The only thing to do is send in dozens of FBI agents in pre dawn raids and arrest the parents and lock them up for being terrorists.....
School Administration (including elected Boards) is the last refuge of despots and tyrants.
Any school that has an equity, diversity and education director is mismanaged. It is a sure sign that there are too many administrators and the wrong kind of administrators. Below that are the wrong kind of teachers. All of these are being paid with your tax dollars. Send their leftist asses to the unemployment line and make their lives miserable with lawsuits.
