I think Israel can make its own shoes. More importantly, they will make better shoes and not just make shoes that will last one year and without the cost of the brand.

Noat shoes are great and manufactured in the Hula Valley on the Kibbutz Naot Mordechai.
The company store was one of my favorite stops.
