I have a question about this policy.
What is the goal? If the goal is eliminating SARS CoV 2 from the world, it’s not enough.
If the goal is letting the virus burn through the population, it’s too much.
And if the goal is “zero COVID”, what is the evidence that restrictions of the type he is proposing can achieve that?

NOTE: I’m doubled jabbed with Moderna and believe in Covid vaccination, especially for those 50+, but irrational and probably politically motivated removal of Republicans from governmental and corporate workforces is something I strongly object to. The Democrats that remain will still be exposed to unvaccinated people on public transport and in stores and restaurants.
