Have you tried Zyesami for severe covid? It works. Get it under Right to Try. It’s awaiting EUA and the fda seems to be dragging their feet.
Also called RLF-100, and Aviptidal.
It’s worth a look if you really care about your patients.
You’ll have to take your views up with those at the top who move the goal posts around. I know the disclaimers I signed in late December and January. I also know that no matter what might be claimed about any vaccine publicly, no doctor ethically would ever claim that any vaccine will prevent an illness 100 percent of the time, in all cases, but most will say they can help prevent severe disease if one does get sick. I knew about the truth of the crudeness of the shots going in, but I had to be able to be with and comfortably treat my patients. I guess I’ll know over time if my bet was successful if my hand gets called, or if i lose my shirt and my life!
Here is a harder truth...we are losing the virus/germ war. We need new tech, vaccines, meds, hygiene methods to get ahead of the buggers. Otherwise it will become too dangerous to continue with many surgeries as we know them to be now. A lot of elective surgeries won’t be able to be done. It is now very hard to justify to infection control keeping in central lines already, even when the veins are used up on the arms, especially old IV drug abusers. Sepsis sets in quickly.
These issues with hospital superbugs are complicating our covid treatment issues.
Ping me if you get an answer to your question from that ‘doc’.
TIA.
Here’s a REAL ICU nurse...who gives her real name, telling the truth about treatments....

Aviptidal we are trying. The others I’ve seen. I think we are trying all on your list. They are on trial protocols.
Monoclonals are being used downstairs sometimes on the early/mid covids. IWhen they are used, I’m told they have worked very well. Our ICU hasn’t had any patient come to us who have failed early monoclonal infusions that I’m aware of. I heard of one monoclonal infusion that was done on a patient in our unit..not sure of what happened as i was away.(some one thought the patient improved and transferred out)
We are trying out some new -vir products, one we are hoping will slow down the immune system from destroying the lungs at the same time it it trying to kill covid..and any bacteria pneumonia.
I’ll be curious if we see the derisively named “pfizermectin” pill which I understand is a repacked and reblended form of Ivermectin to be used for prophylaxis and early covid.
; )
I can tell you from the department of health data I’ve looked at for GA, TN and SC, that the vaccines are having either no discernable effect or a worse effect on hospitalizations or deaths despite claims otherwise.

I plan to do this analysis for every state that breaks out data for the vaccinated when I have time.
You make so much sense.
We need as a nation someone to stand up for the constitution. Public health is slightly but significantly less of a priority in the USA than liberty and our agencies need more oversight from Us, the People.
Areas that had lessor lockdowns are also the areas where fewer people are vaxxed, It follows that more people in these areas have natural immunity (durable immunity).
If we did nothing this would all go away, but collectivists demand sameness -and they will never stop!
I just posted it on Facistbook. We’ll see how long it stays up.
On August 23, 2021, the FDA approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older.(emphasis added)
Per the Comernity Insert,
--------------------------- INDICATIONS AND USAGE----------------------------
COMIRNATY is a vaccine indicated for active immunization to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 16 years of age and older. (1)(emphasis added>
Per the Summary Basis for Regulatory Action, under "Indication"
Active immunization to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 16 years of age and older. (Emphasis added)
Clearly, the vaccine is for PREVENTION. Nothing else. All of the clinical trials (limited as they were) and statistical confidence intervals were focused on Vaccine Efficacay (VE) with regard to PREVENTION...not hospitalization, not ER visits, and not symptoms. Accordingly, THAT is the basis upon which VE should be based.
It very well COULD be that people who got the shot have lower rate of hospitalization and death. But that allegedly statistically significant differential is currently observed using non-clinical and non-regimented data collection techniques, specifically with regard to downside risks of these shots - do we have equally-accurate follow-up and recording of ER visits and nasty other side effects of people getting shots? Not really...in fact, every unvaxxed person who dies gets ghoul-porn front-page treatment (sort of like Iraq War fatalities or children who get shot) but if someone dies of a heart attack two days after getting shot number two, it's purely incidental and if you say otherwise you'll get doxxed.
This isn't science...it's political science.
As for 100% VE, the EUA studies had VE around 90-96%. I agree that we got messaging bordering on the shots being of a quasi-divine nature (if Trump wasn't the loser in the election that messaging would have likely changed...), but the data never show perfection. However, that messaging never touched upon declining VE with time, in part (maybe) because the trials weren't of the typical 2-10 year variety where you could measure such an important metric. We finally got such a study showing VE of 66% against Delta...it's not zero, but the decay in VE over time suggests that people have unwittingly signed up for endless boosters. Oh, and you won't get your normal life back and put on your mask, comrade.
If these shots had been tested under traditional FDA protocols with years of trials, the VE decay and true pros and cons could have been sorted out. Instead, we get the mess we have today. I am not saying the EUAs were bad, and that anyone getting shots are sheep. Many good people took the plunge. Having a fully-informed populace is always a good thing.
But the messaging should have had qualifiers, and been honest about the likelihood of requiring boosters, that we don't know the long-term ramifications of the messenger RNA platform, and in the end the shots may suck. But if you have comorbidities and you really don't mind taking a chance, drink up, Johnny. I'd have been happier with that honesty.
I am not in your line of work, and I wouldn't dream of commenting on your actual observations. I don't doubt that you see some bad cases of people who didn't get shots. What I am saying, is there is a vast flip side of your world, with potential other observations and data that, frankly, are NOT being treated with the same level of care and urgency required to call balls and strikes in this mess. It's like a fun house.
It needn't be that way....and yet it is. That, is telling.
It’s nice to hear that you are using Aviptadil.
IV or Inhaled... Inhaled is still in trials, just wondering if you were part of the trail.
