Biden on Saturday told reporters that "everybody is frustrated" after two massive pieces of legislation stalled in Congress, as well as a debt limit increase, amid infighting among a divided Democratic caucus.

"Everybody is frustrated, it’s part of being in government, being frustrated," Biden told reporters on the White House lawn.
