"Antarctica is notorious for its wild swings in weather and climate which can run counter to global trends."

So why not North America, South America, Asia or Europe? Why does only Antarctica have a lock on being "notorious for wild swings in weather and climate"?

We are supposed to believe these "wild swings" are neatly contained within the Antarctic Circle?

This is preposterous on the face of it.

Hot summer day? That’s proof — proof positive — of Global Warming.

Incredible cold on one of our continents? [shrug] that sort of “anomaly” is bound to happen and is best ignored.
