I first noticed it in his nomination acceptance speech.
I replayed it for my wife and showed here some recent photo’s. She agreed it was not Joe. Delivery of the speech was perfect and it was a long speech.
Recently I viewed the one at the UN. Same impression. Perfect delivery of a long speech and no where did he slip off into the ditch.
It was NOT JOE.
There are photos out there (don’t recall where I saw them) of Slo Joe getting his shots, and in the more recent photo his arm is considerably hairier than in the other.
Though that can also be blamed on anti-seizure medicine he may be taking.

I wouldn’t imagine chairman biden can retain details of any portion of his administrations infrastructure spending plan for more than a few moments at a time before his train of thought involuntarily switches track or derails.

I am CERTAIN that more than one person has been presented as Joe Biden, there is not even room for doubt on that. My question is two part, first is the REAL Joe Biden still living and secondly, if he is still living, does he ever appear on TV. As for having any actual say in matters of state, whoever you see on TV using the name of Biden has absolutely no more to do with policy decisions than I do.
