The grand master of over the top sanctimonious hyperbole, Jon Meacham, has struck again and this time he did not disappoint. Meacham got up on his MSNBC soapbox on Morning Joe on Thursday and proclaimed unto all the peoples of the world that the very fate of Western liberalism depended on just two people: Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema. For good measure, Meacham also tossed in the fate of the Constitution as well. According to Meacham all this could fall if Manchin and Sinema fail to rally to save the reconciliation bill.

He has it exactly backwards.
As long as he sticks to his guns, he doesn’t bother me a bit. Same with Sinema.
However if they don’t stick to their guns, I will be sorely disappointed.

Liberalism is 100% dead; the Democrats are Leftist Revolutionaries — not liberals in any sense of the term — and fake scholar Meacham knows it. The $3.5 trillion transfer of wealth from private hands to government would create hyperinflation and finish off what remains of the US. This must not pass in any form.

My Mom actually bought me a biography of Thomas Jefferson authored by this loser for my birthday. I could barely fake smile...out of morbid curiousity, I did read it and threw it right into the trash afterwards, not worth a turn in credit at half price books.

I took the term ‘liberalism’ in its old meaning, which equates to freedom. And Meacham is right, the fate of Western freedom is in the hands of Manchin and Sinema...if they continue to block the Fascists, freedom lives a bit longer, if they join the Fascists, it’s OVER and for good.

Quick someone clue in Meacham. It’s almost midnight ET and the West still seems to be breathing, liberals are still liberaling, and the Constitution seems to be doing just fine.
Manchin said 1.5 trillion but that is using fake numbers it all comes down to sinema
