If you're really passionate about putting an end to minor sex trafficking, and you want to block abortion providers from notifying parents or police whenever a middle-aged man brings his 14-year-old "girlfriend" in for an abortion ... you might be a Democrat.
I can't stress enough that parent notification laws are the enemy of sex traffickers. And Dims routinely block parent notification laws.

So what’s next, now that they have destroyed all parental bonds? “euthanasia” without telling the parents? They don’t find out until they get the bill?
Really, this has gone so far into the realm of the masochistic insane that I doubt it can be reversed. This is not just incremental. The left has now gone for the throat, and is trying to kill its prey.
It looks to me like the left has been very successful, and the American public, never known for its ability to think critically, has its head in the sand and doesn’t care to think about what’s going on.
That will change soon.
We are going to have Red States and Blue states become more pronounced. We will see greater migration based on this. As this happens the differences will become more pronounced. If it works this way it might save the country, Federalism will destroy it.

there is only one small problem with this new law, the parent has the insurance card only, no child is issued one unless its medicaid(medi-cal)
So what’s stopping a ‘sex-change’ doc from billing a bunch of insurers for random kids’ hormones or whatever?
Who’s gonna dispute the charges? Parents can’t, they can’t be told why their deductible was hit so quick. Lucky them. Insurance can’t, there’s no parents to dispute the charges, so as far as they know it’s legit. Doc won’t care, he’ s getting $$ from insurance, so there’s no need to deal with parents. Politicians won’t care, they’ll celebrate that 120% of CA’s youth are now ‘transgender’.
