If the music is so loud neighbors can hear it, I don’t know why the police can’t make him turn it down. I’ve had the police shut down a couple of noisy neighbors.
Depends where you are. We were terrorized for 7 years by a “family” from Mexico (our neighbors) and the cops didn’t do $hit (and we certainly didn’t get an article written about that by the local media). They didn’t want to be accused of racism.
