A major medical device corporation based out of San Diego announced all employees must be vaccinated by December. I know at least 3 people who are making preparations for unemployment.

it appears they are also laying an implicit threat by going ETS that they’ll start enforcing the day they file and start fining non-compliers. It shouldn’t stand scrutiny in the courts but they’re all corrupt, too, and by the time things work their way through the good companies and their employees will have been plundered.

Similar language is in 14043. Basically, they are claiming that they can enforce their desires with no culpability.

Many people who are considered vaxxed after two jabs are going to be joining the ranks of the unvaxxed when boosters become required.

The EOs are very real. The guidance outlining the intended result is very real. Just Google “Trump EO” and you’ll find scads of articles about various EO’s issued by Trump being enjoined by courts. Like I said, the left has no issue fighting in court. Trump’s EO‘s we’re constantly thwarted. Biden’s EO’s are apparently so unassailable that nobody will bother to file against them.
“vaccinazification” is also a play on Vietnamization.
