Call me crazy, but I think public servants should first and foremost serve the public. That’s not to say they deserve fewer individual rights than others, but it is to say they should understand the trade-off between those rights and the rights of the public whose interests they were put in place to protect.

That includes people who are employed by law enforcement, military and health care services, all of whom have, over the last year and a half, been heralded in some circles as vital first responders who have helped keep society running throughout the pandemic. This is why I’ve had very little patience with people in these fields who have refused to get Covid-19 vaccinations.
And what is your line of endeavor Mr. Hayes Brown?

I would tend toward the same idea if the “vaccines” showed a better ability to actually prevent infection in the first place, not to mention block transmission to others. Referring to the vaxxed getting COVID-19 as “breakthrough” is a bit of a lie.

It just shows they never cared about public service in the first place. It was just a paycheck.

I wonder if he regards government workers as “servants” too? I’ll assume no...

Things like this can be confusing, so let me see if I can help.
If you believe we need more government intervention to solve problems police are causing without realizing that the police themselves are government workers ... you might be a Democrat. LOL

Exactly. It’s not a vaccine and the never ending dishonestly about everything surrounding the vaccines and Covid in general makes anyone unwilling to bow down to the govt demands a rational human being.
To: babble-on
If they are willing to get fired, I think they hold things above the paycheck.

This is a false choice. They are protecting the public by not getting vaccinated.

OK, Brown, you are crazy, just as you suspect.
To: artichokegrower
Mr. Brown:
I'm a firm believer in the prospect that the worm will turn. And when it does, the pain and suffering your ilk have inflicted, or at the least supported, may come back at you tenfold, and without mercy to be found anywhere.
And it won't be from hatred of your fellow man, as what drives your ilk, but righteous anger.
How or in what manner that takes shape, I have no clue, but I am reminded of Revelation 6:16.
