United Airlines said Tuesday that 593 of its employees are facing termination for failing to comply with its Covid-19 vaccination policy, one of the strictest mandates for inoculation from a U.S. company.

This gets to the SCOTUS and it should be overthrown.
Not if the whole vaccination routine is thrown out. Or, more specifically, if the company does not allow medical or religious or other exemptions. Anyway, even if thrown out, it will cost the company lots of money for attorneys and hr and all to fight them.

Impact regarding safety of the firings depends on the positions held...cleaning people not a big deal...pilots, airframe, and engine mechanics would be a big deal.
