Indeed.

And they should not quit.

Make them fire them.

Then, after the wrongful termination class action lawsuit they’ll own a nice chunk of the airline.

30. The elite have made fortunes during the pandemic. Since the beginning of lockdown the wealthiest people have become significantly wealthier. Forbes reported that 40 new billionaires have been created “fighting the coronavirus”, with 9 of them being vaccine manufacturers.

Business Insider reported that “billionaires saw their net worth increase by half a trillion dollars” by October 2020.

I am sure that once they are fired and fight that with wrongful termination lawsuits that the airline will seriously regret its decision.

And I'm sure there are other companies that will be happy to offer these folks jobs.

Brave individuals, to stand up for their rights and take their lumps. I’m sure they’ll find better jobs, given today’s tight labor market.

God is going to reward those who stood strong through all this. A test of the Spirit. The Lord will provide when you depend on Him

No, they will have spent a chunk of change on attorneys, though

Take it in front of a jury and see.

This gets to the SCOTUS and it should be overthrown.

Not if the whole vaccination routine is thrown out. Or, more specifically, if the company does not allow medical or religious or other exemptions. Anyway, even if thrown out, it will cost the company lots of money for attorneys and hr and all to fight them.

Impact regarding safety of the firings depends on the positions held...cleaning people not a big deal...pilots, airframe, and engine mechanics would be a big deal.
