Milley’s ribbons depict an excess of feats, none of which were in combat. They are “feel good” awards.
To me, he looks like the commanding general in a “Banana Republic,” proud but NOTHING to be proud of.
The ribbons look like he bought them at the PX just before the picture was taken! He is trash and he looks like trash.
That is a telling picture. Ike was a General, Milley is a wart.
As someone who has never earned any medal (or merit badge for all that matter) I do not feel in a position to say.
Onlythat that meme seems to point out a fundamental attitudinal difference between Ike and Milley.

And it is true.
His medals remind me of North Korean general. The only difference is Milley doesn’t have medals/ribbons on his pants leg.
