When President Biden issued his edict mandating vaccines for all federal employees and contractors, along with employees in private-sector companies with 100 or more employees, there were a lot of questions about how the order would be implemented. We now know the answers to some of the more pressing questions that have been raised and one thing has become abundantly clear: The Biden administration is using 1984 as an instruction manual.
The White House issued “Guidance for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors” on Friday detailing the new vaccination policy. The COVID-19 workplace safety protocols “will apply to all covered contractor employees, including contractor or subcontractor employees in covered contractor workplaces who are not working on a Federal Government contract or contract-like instrument.” The goal, according to the guidance, is to “decrease the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, which will decrease worker absence, reduce labor costs, and improve the efficiency of contractors and subcontractors performing work for the Federal Government.”
Working remotely from home will not save you from the federal vax police.
An individual working on a covered contract from their residence is a covered contractor employee, and must comply with the vaccination requirement for covered contractor employees, even if the employee never works at either a covered contractor workplace or Federal workplace during the performance of the contract.
The goal is to get shots in arms, not to protect federal employees in the workplace, which is weird, since the Biden administration is citing an obscure provision of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations to force vaccines on millions of Americans.

Hopefully the lower court case will be appealed.
The unvaccinated are clearly being discriminated against for no just reason.
But they are the same
“Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.”

The problem is that too many people believe Facebook memes over real facts. It’s the same vaccine as you pointed out. It was just finally fully approved for people over 16. It’s the same vaccine under another name and we are dispensing it now.
“Attorney Robert Barnes”
An attorney? You mean like Bill and Hillary?
Have you seen and ads from attorneys looking for people fired for refusing vaccinations?
I haven’t, and I have looked. Just found releases from labor attorneys stating that the consensus is that the terminations are legal, and they won’t represent any clients relating to COVID.
And most Americans supported the British during the Revolutionary War. Just saying.
I see it as a confluence of all of those, plus a little Ghostbusters, Dave (where the president is replaced with a look-alike actor because he died banging a hooker or something like that), toss in some “Joe vs. the Volcano”, and you’ve got what I see going on
They may be technically the same; they may be chemically the same; they are NOT legally the same.
The Pfizer-BioNTech jab will not give you liability protection. The Comirnaty will.
“A chair vs. The chair”
In legal matters, words have meaning.
“most Americans supported the British during the Revolutionary War. Just saying.”
Three things you didn’t know about the American Revolutionhttps://www.rochester.edu › newscenter › three-things-yo...
At no time did more than 45 percent of colonists support the war, and at least a third of colonists fought for the British.
In a real pandemic thousands of medical front line workers wouldn’t be fired for refusing the shots.
Let’s say it was 1/3 supported the British, 1/3 supported the colonies, and 1/3 were ambivalent. (I’ve read that somewhere).
I wonder if the 1/3 of the colonists were more motivated and more of them actually fought and/or actively supported the war effort.
While the 1/3 that “supported” the British were just on the internet, I mean, just talking with their neighbor about how they liked being British.
As I understand it, it doesn’t apply to employees at the CDC either.
Vaccine mandates for indoor dining, bars, etc are on a county by county basis. LA county, San Francisco, Contra Costa... I don’t have a full list. San Diego is one of the more sane counties.
I’ll have to quote my prior post because lo, the letter FDA wrote and published is memoryholed and the same document that I quoted 9/10 has now been replaced (not supplemented, but the URL now goes to a 9/22 document!)

“COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) is now licensed for individuals
16 years of age and older. There remains, however, a significant amount of PfizerBioNTech COVID-19 vaccine that was manufactured and labeled in accordance with
this emergency use authorization. This authorization thus remains in place with
respect to that product for the previously-authorized indication and uses (i.e., for use
to prevent COVID-19 in individuals 12 years of age and older with a two-dose
regimen, and to provide a third dose to individuals 12 years of age or older who have
undergone solid organ transplantation, or who are diagnosed with conditions that are
considered to have an equivalent level of immunocompromise).”
Obviously they got tired of that being quoted, so away it goes. You want to give good faith to the crew noted for constant lies, everlasting goal shifting, coercion and manipulation, go ahead.
As for sister in law nurses, tell it to the NYC staff. Obviously any National Guard guy can do that job, right?
Like I said, I was in Dana Point, staying in a hotel - drove to SD, IB, my old Navy stomping grounds so to speak, ate indoors all over Orange County, and walked to the very top/last row of SoFi Stadium with no one, including the LA Sheriff’s Department, the Axxios security folk (or whoever they are now), or anyone at any food or drink stand asking me for a card or for me to put on my mask. Perhaps it was the disabled veteran US Navy hat, but either way - I fortunately never got hassled, at all.
And the modern 2% milker movement is nothing more than a bunch of paint balling meal team six types, or feds.
I guess this means if your employer at times takes on federal contracts you must get the shot even if you personally do not work in the sector that is part of that federal contract. So if company X has the contract to do the HVAC in a Social Security building and they also have a contract to do the HVAC in a private office building every employee must be vaccinated not just those onsite for the federal contract, right?
Many thanks for doing that digging!
Does the new FDA doc say anything about leftover PfizerBioNTech COVID-19 shots that are under EUA?
In which state are the new vials labeled “Comirnaty”?
