I’ve heard these words but what does it mean exactly? Needed to end filibuster or something?

CLOTURE is the word that describes the procedure of ending a debate and forcing a vote.

For 9 specific budget items, filibuster is not allowed. This is NOT one of the budget items so 60 votes are required to end discussion (the filibuster) and vote where only a majority of votes are needed. I’m sure someone will correct me if I am terribly wrong.
