Doubly so, because the only way that the 2nd Amendment can be repealed is via Constitutional Amendment. Neither the Supreme Court, nor the President, plays a role in amending the Constitution. Neither one gets a say.
A new Constitutional Amendment nullifying anything in the Bill of Rights is a no go. You'll need a Constitutional Convention to over turn ANY of the Bill of Rights. Thank your genius, God-fearing Founding Fathers.
They can just suspend the Constitution. That’s what Hitler did, with the Weimar Constitution.
I think he meant something entirely distinct and apart from any political process.
Also, the BOR does not confer and thusly cannot remove, the rights enumerated therein, or any other right not specifically mentioned. They beling to the states or the people themselves....

Actually it doesn't matter what The Constitution says anymore, all they have to have is the cooperation of the military citizen law enforcement and you're neighbors and they can do by force whatever they want to do.
You on the other hand are free to resist as long as you can but I am pretty sure they will be much better prepared than you or I are.
