For .. Obama, the military of a once-feared superpower is an anachronistic vestige of an America whose exceptionalism and world leadership require repeated apologies. It must be gutted and fundamentally transformed into a force wearing gender-neutral headgear only useful for holding the presidential umbrella when it rains. It is to be "his" military and used only for "his" purposes.

Right or wrong, the president is entitled to generals and admirals who obey the orders of the commander in chief. If they can't then they need to go. If they are insubordinate then they need to go.
If everyone including repub leadership wasn’t against Trump, he could have done the same and got rid of the wokesters.

So general officers are being relieved of command, and probably asked to retire, because they disobeyed orders from an unidentified source under the Obama command, not to rescue fired upon American military and civilian targets in Benghazi? This you will not see on prime media as the Obama and Biden admin do not want to be held responsible for that decision and only wish to deflect the situation as it is still in recent memory.

This year the U.S. Navy has 225 Admirals on active duty.
It has 251 ships in commission.

All orders of the commander in chief must be obeyed; unless the orders are illegal, and then they must be disobeyed.
