In response to federal vaccine mandates, Republicans in Congress are moving to curb such overreach through legislation. Led by Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), 21 members have co-sponsored the Freedom from Mandates Act, which the representative introduced Friday.
The congressman spoke with Henry Rodgers and Michael Ginsberg of The Daily Caller about his legislation.
"The federal government may not force the American people to get a vaccine against their will. President Biden’s continued attempts to trample on the rights and liberties of Americans must not be tolerated. His vaccine mandates are just another example of using fear and division to pit Americans against each other and maintain his control. The American people must be allowed to make their own health care decisions. It is their right," Biggs said.
The bill will nullify President Biden's executive orders mandating vaccines for federal employees and contractors. The text also reads that "The Secretary of Labor may not issue any rule requiring employers to mandate vaccination of employees against COVID–19 or requiring testing of employees who are unvaccinated against COVID–19."

By now, no one has any expectation that these people will ACTUALLY
represent us !
Any such law will be ignored.
We are beyond fixing this with laws, we have a lawless group ruling this county and they will only be removed by force.
They will simply ignore any laws or other attempts to rein them in.
The normal checks and balances are gone, people. Our system only works when elected people respect and follow the system.

Just thought of something. The mandates could,be one way of driving the country to become a ‘religious nation’ again lol (everyone will be claiming religious exemptions lol)
Make the vaccines a condition for all entitlements.
There was supposedly a vote in the house Friday on an amendment to NDAA that prohibited dishonorable discharge of active military for those refusing the experimental clot shots.
As far as I can tell the entire matter disappeared right down the fake news hole.

Yup. And they will get a lot of folks who go for it out of desperation, as they can’t keep.their families fed, or warm during cold winter days. People,starving as stores are ransacked and emptied as folks panic (look at how fast store shelves emptied out during the pandemic, now imagine if folks are denied shopping privileges because they don’t have the mark. They will get so desperate that they read in en mass and overrun the stores and empty them. The government will allow it as they Wil, have their own heavily guarded stores with ample supplies, BUT, you can’t get any unless you have the mark and swear allegiance to the antichrist.
I imagine troops will scour the countrysides, and rural neighboorhoods too, looking for people ‘growing and raising food illegally’. Heck, they will evens gaslight and brainwash the masses that they will turn their neighbors in for ‘extra rations’ for ratting on ‘radicals’.
I,sure hope that the rapture comes before all this takes place.

Careful with that suggestion. Some politicians and unelected bureaucrats quite improperly consider social security retirement benefits as an “entitlement”.

Or people could go about life and not choose to die because of a dementia patient’s ravings.
And what other diseases should OSHA require your employer to test you weekly/daily/hourly for? HIV? TB? Yellow Fever? Hep B? C? A? Chlamydia? Influenza? RSV? Etc? Etc? Etc?
Why certain ones but not others?
Who’s responsible for paying for all this testing? The company, who then has to lower your pay because of all the testing costs you incur? You pay out of pocket? Government - Federal, State, local? Why them?
What about the ChinaVirus is so special it’s the only one the Gov should require testing for?
What part of the Constitution even gives FedGov the power to mess with your health decisions?
