I am not so sure. NY state health care mandate got struck down on the religious freedom ground. This one may surprise people.

No he doesn’t. He can’t mandate medical procedures for people just because they’re employed by fedgov. Agencies can set appearance and grooming standards for their employees, but that doesn’t mean they can mandate every federal worker get a purple dinosaur tattooed on their foreheads.

Where the line between reasonable and unreasonable is will be decided by courts I guess, but merely being employee by the fedgov doesn’t mean they own you.

Do you know how many black folks work for the fed gov?

Just at the facility I worked at for 31 years it was many.

Also the number of blacks that have gotten the covid jab in the U.S.is IIRC under 10%.

Joke will try to strong-arm it if possible, but you have to remember the federal workers union has a large number of members who are Lawyers.

It would be an interesting socioligical observation to see several unions stand up and shut this whole thing down. Or the members disenroll if they don’t.

Unequal rules for different federal workers will be an issue. Assuming rule of law.

Military is screwed as they have no recourse.
