New Delhi [India], September 24 (ANI): Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)-COVID-19 National Task Force Joint Monitoring Group dropped the usage of Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) drugs from revised clinical guidelines for the management of adult COVID-19 patients.
However, the new guidelines mention the use of Remdesivir and Tocilizumab in specific circumstances.
Among the key guidelines which are routinely stressed include--wearing masks, physical distancing and hand hygiene.
Suggesting a moderate use of other drugs like Remedesivir, the guideline advises the former to be used only in select moderate or severe Covid-19 patients on supplemental oxygen within 10 days of onset of symptom.
For the use of Tocilizumab, the guideline said that to use the medicine only for severe Covid-19 patients, preferably within 24 to 48 hours of the onset of severe disease or ICU admission.
It suggested that those with mild infection must maintain physical distancing, indoor mask use, strict hand hygiene.
It further said that symptomatic patients may take antipyretic, antitussive and multivitamins and asked to seek immediate medical attention if they experience difficulty in breathing or high-grade fever or severe cough, particularly if lasting for more than five.
People with moderate disease with SpO2 level 92-96 per cent (88-92 per cent in patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) may take Methylprednisolone injection and Anticoagulation medicine.
They should work on breathing, Hemodynamic instability and change in oxygen requirement.
As per the guidelines, for the severe infection, the guideline suggests using NIV (Helmet or face mask interface depending on availability) in patients with increasing oxygen requirement, if work of breathing is low.
"Consider the use of HFNC in patients with increasing oxygen requirement, Intubation should be prioritized in patients with high work of breathing /if NIV is not tolerated and Use conventional ARDSnet protocol for ventilatory management," it said.
The guidelines also said to take Methylprednisolone injection of 1 to 2 mg divide into two doses usually for a duration of 5 to 10 days.
It informed that the severe disease or mortality risk is higher in people above age 60, people with Cardiovascular disease, hypertension, Coronary artery disease (CAD), Diabetes mellitus, Chronic lung/kidney/liver disease, Cerebrovascular disease, Obesity and other immunocompromised states. (ANI)

I wonder if Uttar Pradesh will drop Ivermectin use? They are the very large (>200 million population) that was using it. I’d love to have a conversation with the Emory Dean who advocated Ivermectin in May about all this.
So it looks like Deep States all over the globe are doing their damndest to ensure that as many as possible mild cases will progress to severe.
They’re withholding treatment to kill people.

There is reasonably solid evidence that ivermectin docks to the spike protein itself to prevent binding to the ACE2 receptor which is the primary pathology causing the tissue damage and clots related to SARS-CoV-2. Therefore, this is also an implication that this ability of ivermectin to disable the binding of the Spike protein including the vaccine-produced spike proteins. This binding of ivermectin to disable the spike protein is also preserved even with the newer spike protein mutations, but its activity against the original Wuhan spike protein,(the one vaccines were designed to produce) is fairly well studied at this point.

Background/Aim: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). One drug that has attracted interest is the antiparasitic compound ivermectin, a macrocyclic lactone derived from the bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis. We carried out a docking study to determine if ivermectin might be able to attach to the SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding domain bound with ACE2. Materials and Methods: We used the program AutoDock Vina Extended to perform the docking study. Results: Ivermectin docked in the region of leucine 91 of the spike and histidine 378 of the ACE2 receptor. The binding energy of ivermectin to the spike-ACE2 complex was -18 kcal/mol and binding constant was 5.8 e-08. Conclusion: The ivermectin docking we identified may interfere with the attachment of the spike to the human cell membrane. Clinical trials now underway should determine whether ivermectin is an effective treatment for SARS-Cov2 infection.

Also discussed is the inhibition of the CD147 pathway by ivermectin which again may block the clumping of platelets due to spike protein either from the virus or possibly the vaccines.
Note: Ivermectin therapy likely will gradually rid the body of spike proteins altogether, something to remember for those who might have residual side effects from mRNA vaccine.

My 26-year old son tried to wait it out and finally was taken to the ER with 78% oxygen level. He was on maximum oxygen and we got a call from the doctor that if he got any worse he would be put on a ventilator.
They gave him some anti-inflamatories and Remdesiver. He didn’t get any worse (THANK GOD!) and after 8 days in the hospital was released and is improving day by day.
I’m not sure, but I think he only got a limited treatment with the Remdesiver.
None in our family (all our individual choice) will get the vaccine. Although I have contemplated it very briefly early on. One quote from a doctor that I thought was interesting and thought provoking: “So they don’t trust us to take the vaccine, but they DO trust us when they come into the ER.”
Although I didn’t trust them then either. I talked to the ICU doc about Ivermectin, etc. “Well, we aren’t allowed to ....”
I guess I’m still at the crossroads. I believe that it was both God’s healing and the doctor’s knowledge that allowed my son to live.
I still think there is a huge difference in the local doc’s knowledge of how to care for someone with breathing issues and some guy tweaking genetic code to create a government- mandated vaccine.
it is not unknown for W.H.O. to attach conditions to approvals for vaccines. altho the following does not mention any conditions, it would not surprise me if ending the use of HCQ and Ivermectin were conditions.
what this asks is why did W.H.O. approve two Chinese vaccines, before all the data was provided, yet they are still delaying approval of Covaxin. approval was expected in September, but today that has been put back to Oct 5:
