(CNN)Multiple lawmakers angrily stormed out of a classified briefing with members of the Biden administration on Afghanistan on Wednesday morning, according to three sources familiar with the briefing.
The Republican and Democratic lawmakers grew frustrated after State Department, Pentagon, Department of Homeland Security, and Office of the Director of National Security officials failed to answer their basic questions during the briefing for members of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, the sources told CNN....

The minority party can’t fire anyone.
Congress has the power to impeach officials who do not comply with congressional oversight.
Start impeachment proceedings against these people with the additional threat of revoking their pensions.
But that would mean Congress has grown a pair....and we know they are incapable of carrying out their constitutional duties of executive oversight.

We have 100% accountability of US MANPADS. They were never given to the ANA.
China is the only nation who smuggled a few HN-5s into Afghanistan, but there are no US MANPADS in Taliban hands.
Every MANPAD has a distinct signature which is easily identifiable. Every nation knows that they will be held accountable if MANPADS are ever used outside of legitimate military employment.
They’re only *now* starting to realize they got rolled. And some of them are perfectly happy about that since they can fundraise off it but aren’t actually going to held responsible to do anything. “If only you could donate a little more, we could succeed next time!” with no intention to actually succeed.
