"Just cannot understand how even the leftist think this is a good idea."

The Left has been raised to believe that the US is the source of all evil in the world. They intend to destroy the US and eliminate much of the current population. They really want us all dead.

On another thread, Texan5 wrote:

We would all love to personally remove some Haitian “refugees” from under that bridge-put them into the back of our 4x4’s and drive them to the bus station in Acuna and put them on one pointed south toward Belize/Guatemala, or to Vera Cruz on the coast-but unless you know some rich person who will pay the drivers of those 18 wheelers, etc, then it is just a movie scenario-and this is not Hollywood. Grocery stores usually do limit quantities when short on supply-but they are private companies so it is voluntary-gas stations are the same...

There are also limits to state law regarding what a governor can do-the governor is not as powerful as many think-so he can’t become a tyrant-I’m interested in watching the legal back-and-forth now that the gauntlet has been thrown down by gov Abbott-he has already entered into a private state contract with a construction company-with state funds-for the wall for Texas only-and he is a good lawyer by reputation-if Biden refuses aid for bridgegate-then the door is probably open for Texas LEOs to step it up on the illegals-and be legally within the boundaries of the Texas constitution...

Yelling and screaming with a keyboard online isn’t going to make anything happen-I’ve called and emailed my congressman, and so have my neighbors in this rural area-he is doing all he can, along with many others-so we stay informed and keep up the pressure...

This was written as a response I made on the thread (more comments below)

Texas Gov. Abbott asks Biden for federal emergency declaration amid border crisis

"...Using about 9 18 wheelers, blockade U.S. St Rt 239 (U.S. Rt 277 Bus.) and Alderete Ln, and Alderete & Frontera. The only trucks allowed in will be to remove the porta-potties.

All transport vehicles that carry more than 20 persons should only be allowed to leave 'deadheading' - meaning no passengers. Would-be passengers should be 'discouraged' from boarding such transports. Any transport carrying such 'contraband' should be made incapable for road-worthy transit.

Grocery stores, in a move of solidarity, should apply limits on the amount of items sold per person, and should ask for U.S. identification before entry. All gas stations should either close or turn off the diesel pumps.

Finally, the local Del Rio F.D. should refuse (or be convinced to refuse) any calls south of Alderete Ln until all illegal south are returned south of the Rio Grande; especially if any brush fires in that area may happen to pop up.

I figure that should resolve the issue in about 72 hours.

[Addendum since Abbott wants federal help]:

Do NOT ask Washington D.C. to help.

Give the Sheriff Joe Frank Martinez permission (as if he needs it) to deputize every male resident of Val Verde County to help stand watch and prevent encroachment of the barriers provided. These newly-minted deputies are encouraged to carry side arms and long rifles at the ready. TX National Guard shall assists in any logistics needed for these deputies and vice versa. Former military civilians shall be given rank and privilege during regimentation. All persons must past state-background check and take oath prior to deployment.

How's that, folks? Sound like a better option? Or do we need to apply more pressure? (e.g. request mobilization from other states) ..."

----------------------------------------------------------------------

... and now we hear they may be shipped all over the country. Can't know for sure based on conflicting reports, but I can tell you this:

[shouting mode on]

I CANNOT OVERSTATE HOW MUCH WE NEED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, AND CANNOT RELY ON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S ASSISTANCE.

[shouting mode off]

Real Americans,

At some point, even the few legal options we have at our disposal will be deemed 'illegal', and some level of civil disobedience will be required. Source tell me that the TX government and local law enforcement are already thinking of 'out of the box' ways of dealing with this crisis. As you can see, even using men on horseback is considered offensive to those promoting this invasion. And frankly, of calling an elected official would work, we would not have Afghan 'trojan horses' planted at military bases around the country.

If I'm a member of Congress right now, I am preparing my exit strategy in case the economy (read: currency) collapses (which I believe is happening as we speak). The TX governor in my opinion, should be commended for trying to do something, while at the same time be calling in assistance from other states, while Good TX sheriff's should consider deputizing citizens for action. What better way to send a message to the invaders.

Instead (and not referring to you Texan5), there are too many people on this forum who can't wait to get to a keyboard and tell you the next phase of 'the world going to hell'. Black pills on steriods. Maybe 1 out of every 100 posts where someone comes up with a solution - or merely a pat on the back to someone who's out there doing something. No, we get posts like:

"Texas will turn blue; Beto will be the next gov."

Is that what you want? Is that what America wants? I don't think so. I can't physically drive down to the border and so something, but I (we) can at least start thinking out of the box like Americans do and come up with ideas for those able to do so; then give them the support they need if possible.

There is no coming 2nd Civil War people. You're already in it. And refusal to admitting it is the best explanation of why we are losing.

Now, if you will excuse me, I need to go back to work, and plead with my own daughter why she shouldn't take the jab just so she can be allowed to watch a football game in an open-air stadium. You see, this war is VERY real to me.

For a change? American blacks often are outright hostile to West Indies immigrants, whether from Haiti, Jamaica, or Trinidad.

"I had the opportunity (?) to work with a significant number of Haitians in 1994 who had gotten stranded on GTMO while trying to use boats to get to the US. We had to separate them from every other immigrant (Cuban) because they had every single disease known to man, to include AIDS and HIV. Everyone was scared to even work on them, it seemed they were trying to give the diseases to whomever they could."

Sounds like a perfect group to bring in if you want more disease and panic and help collapse the country.

My congressman is Chip Roy-he is not a frightened rabbit and he does not shy away from a fight-we like him out here...

I’m no shrinking dilettante, nor are any of my family members-no one has refused to fight-ever-and since the 1st ones left Spain-then Mexico behind showed up in Texas and NM well over 200 years ago, i guess you could say this is personal to me in a big way. I’m far more in favor of a bunch of states like Texas, Florida, etc just telling the fed no more tax money is getting sent, so don’t send any more tax money to us-we’re not interested in being a target for foreign terrorists, BLM, etc and tired of communist s***, the financial ruin, so we are out of this contract-see ya-call it a secession that doesn’t start with bloodshed-just leverage-the South and West has-and sells-a lot of energy production, a lot of food is grown and shipped, etc-Texas also has its own energy grid, a lot of military bases not occupied by non-deployable trans-and-other members-and a lot of people who are armed...

I was howling with glee over the mounted LEOs doing crowd control-but obviously, none of these politicians in DC have ever ridden a horse and don’t know the 1st thing about crowd control in a rough, outdoor area-I’ve ridden since childhood-but not part of my job-even I know horses are safer than vehicles for getting into a crowd-it isn’t like plowing in there in an SUV or truck-damn near every rural county has a mounted sheriff patrol-those reins are for controlling/steering the horse so no one gets trampled in a crowd by a very large animal, and for getting the crowd to move back for the same reason-the ignorance of the press and politicians is appalling...

The current partnership of 50 states has worked for quite while, but no partnership can survive financially or with liberties intact when communists start to proliferate. The democrat party of today is no better than BLM, Muslim Brotherhood, antifa, etc-pretty much an illegal enterprise, too...

I have relatives who are LEO’s-our whole family is very concerned for their safety right now...

I hope your daughter listens to you-as someone who can’t get vaxxed because of anaphylactic reactions-plus I’ve already had a mild case of the Wuhan virus-I totally share your concern...

Soon, all of the USA will look like the South American nations, with iron bars on all windows and doors and lots of concertina wire on top of the walls protecting our love ones and property... It’s a damned shame... :(
