During the interview for the job and on getting the job.... the first and most emphatic proviso was:

“You will NEVER, EVER repeat anything you see, hear or read in this office!" It was reiterated over again during our tenure there. I cannot imagine that dumba#@ Milley never heard such a caution from HIS superiors, in his long 'career"! If he so casually pulled a stunt like this one (and talked about it!), it's pretty obvious that he's been ignoring the rules for a very long time ... and no one has ever challenged him. The swamp is wide and deep!
