It didn't exist. But they just imported a plausible army of them from Afghaniraq. And since they're ethinically Caucasian, the Administration's narrative/lie about combating "white supremacy" can continue.

In response to Obama's terrible Presidency, Hilarious Clinton's candidacy, and the Republican Party's lame, establishment "leaders," Trump was elected, resulting in great economic growth. Trump, the Republicans, and the U.S. were sitting on top of the world as we entered Jan. 2020.
Laughing Kamala was such a pathetic primary candidate that Democrats soundly rejected her. Sleepy Joe, the two-time failed candidate (1988 & 2008) was being destroyed by Uncle Bernie & Aunt Elizabeth. In Jan. 2020, the Democrat Party Cabal (DPC) concluded Trump's reelection was guaranteed.
Then, according to the CCP (and the DPC), a wild wombat and tarantula mated in the animal wet markets on the Streets of Wuhan. Thus, the Covid-19 virus was born and caused a global pandemic, the CCP being totally free of any blame.
The DPC (including RINOs) quickly pounced. It decided Covid was its chance to unseat and remove the successful Trump and they weren't letting their "opportunity" pass ... no matter what.
The DPC crafted its election strategy: Destabilize the U.S. with a half year of violent Black Lives Matter/Antifa nationwide riots, endless Covid-19 fear-mongering, anoint senile Sleepy Joe as its puppet candidate (muzzle and force him to stay in his basement throughout his so-called "campaign"), quickly change state election laws, persuade Corporate America, all sports leagues, academia, and the MSM to constantly, loudly promote the violent BLM throughout 2020, to further destabilize the U.S. The DPC's new slogan: "No Lives Matter ... until Black Lives Matter." The purpose of the DPC's slogan is -- as always -- to deeply divide, frighten, and destabilize the U.S. and all Americans. The DPC expected that will cause voters to desperately think: "Uh-oh, it feels like this country's collapsing. And Trump is the President. Better vote for the other candidate instead - is it the socialist Uncle Bernie or the socialist Aunt Elizabeth? Oh, the other candidate is Biden? What does he stand for? Nobody knows? Does his family have any skeletons in its closet? Wait, what? Fox News's Tucker Carlson says we must leave Hunter Biden alone and just move on? Ok, then I'll vote for Biden as I'm told (or as they've filled out my Biden Ballot for me)."
That's how the election was stolen. Time Magazine documents the DPC election steal in its March 2021 article (although Time calls it "saving" the election instead of "stealing" the election).
However, the self-described "conservative" Ben Shapiro said it's a Big "Lie" by conservatives that the 2020 election was stolen. Shapiro seems to believe, as the DPC claims, that 2020 was the most secure and reliable election in history, so everyone should just move on - nothing to see here.
Having stolen the election and anointing Sleepy Joe, the DPC continues intensely pursuing its socialist/communist agenda for America. The MSM also continues constantly bashing and trashing President Trump's name so that President Trump and his family won't even think about running in 2024. The DPC continues loudly promoting the violent BLM/Antifa. Also, the DPC continues pummeling the reputation of all 75 Million Trump-voters. The MSM says all Trump-voters have enabled the "evil" Trump's "racism," "xenophobia," "sexism," "homophobia," etc. By its own words and actions, the DPC considers all 75 Million Trump-voters evil people. And of course, the DPC continues trying to import as many refugees and illegal immigrants as possible (expecting they'll all be loyal Democrat voters and cause even more U.S. destabilization and division, thus more dependence on Democrat politicians and their socialist/communist policies). George Soros is loving this because turning America into a socialist hellhole is his lifelong ambition.
That's my take on it. If I'm wrong, I'm happy to hear about all the parts I got wrong.
