The democrats are hoping to outsource their voting base by importing a new lower class that will immediately go to the public dole, and vote democrat forever.
Kill off the current voters with gene therapy jabs and replace them with poor immigrants. Yeah that'll keep the Communists in power.

Seems to me like this new hoped-for voting class of the Democrats will likely be on the dole forever. Where would their support come from if none of them are working? We’re not really doing anything to advance the working class & the U.S. can’t just keep printing money forever.
