How the hell is he suppose to seal the border when all Port of Entry’s are Federal Property? They come in on Federal property and leave on Federal transportation. If they came in on state land or private property then it fall under his authority. The Fed’s know this and that’s why they’re swarming the Port of Entry’s. There’s nothing Abbot can do!
