I heard a journalist from Steve Bannon’s war room today saying that most of them came from South America and Central America and they decided they were OK there but better in the USA with all the benefits being offered so why not come on over. These people are not coming directly from Haiti. He says they may have lived in South America for 10 years.
So really, it depends on how old they are.
