When you’re actually cheering for Russia, not merely giving them a nod of respect, because they don’t tow the communist line anymore.
This isn’t some sign that the Russians are good guys suddenly. Their beef is that Sputnik isn’t on the approved vaxx list. I’m sure Putin had these guys doped up before that vaxx was approved.
