Many of us are sick of the tyrant in the White House, but how many would have the courage to give up a prestigious career and comfortable retirement because of it?
Lt. Col. Paul Douglas Hague did just that, proving once again that those who serve in the military are the bravest among us.
He resigned from the Army — forfeiting his pension by cutting short a 19-year career — in protest of the Pentagon’s sweeping vaccine mandate and the “Marxist takeover” of the military.
Hague’s resignation garnered attention after his wife tweeted images of the letter he sent to his superiors.
“My lieutenant colonel husband has resigned,” Katie Phipps Hague tweeted Thursday. “He’s walking away from all he’s worked for and believed in since he was an ROTC kid at [the University of Georgia]. He’s walking away from his retirement.”

The memo is dated Aug. 23 — the day the Pentagon announced that all service members would be required to get the shot — but Hague told Fox News her husband sent it a week later.
Hague said there were several reasons for her husband’s departure. “He didn’t resign over a vaccine,” she said in response to social media users who asked why he didn’t protest the other vaccines required to serve in the military.

He won’t want for gainful employment very long.
There will be no vacancies for long. Just like mayors, councils and police chiefs all over the country, there will be Lori Lightfoot and trans types promoted to fight under LGBTQ color flags and BLM flags while teaching the Black National Anthem to raw recruits under them.
Bumping!
Considering the fact that he was married to someone of the oposite sex, Milley will be glad to see him go.
Just look at an old 2 part movie . .”The Moment After” and see what the military becomes and is used for in the end times. You can scroll through for a quick look. For an older video, it is well done. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QeZYtApatY
Brave man, he’ll rebound and succeed at whatever his next endeavor is.
That Man takes his LIBERTY seriously as we all should!
Thanks for that link.
Maybe brave officers, like this one, can be helpful, during said times.
I am worried about our military. I never thought it would crumble so fast.
He forfeited his pension over a shot that Prexident Trump — and 210 million other Americans — took? I question his sanity. Now the government will spend his forfeited pension on communist programs.
I question the sanity of any individual who willingly injected themselves with a substance that’s had no long term impact study
this is what happens when the left gets a hold of anything. they don’t stop until they destroy the host.
When people are dropping dead of heart attacks, with even kids having a 6x higher probability of developing heart conditions, and all sorts of other ailments inflicting pain on people at rates higher than all previous vaccines going back decades, his action seems perfectly rational to me.
Whatever the case, a man should have the right to refuse whatever he wants.
Katie, you better “stand by your man”, otherwise you are just another social climber.
Do you really prefer Slo Joe over a real amn with moral courage?
I suspect he will be at the least entitled to a Vested pension benefit at an age determined by his military pension plan.......
Sent the question to a friend who has knowledge about these things and will post his answer.....
I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand, vaccines often equate to readiness. On the other, this thing has become so politically charged that you can’t hardly come by accurate and trustworthy information on it.
The LtCol, finding a moral objection has no choice but to leave service. He and others like him will be lucky to escape without administrative or punitive action brought against them.
How does he forfeit his pension?? Does he not build up any credits for 19 years of service?
