How is Stephen Somma not under indictment?
Records show he knew that Carter Page worked for the CIA, and he just did what he had to do to get the Wiretaps and Surveillance.
John Durham is a Fraud.

John Durham is a Fraud. Maybe he's just a coward. The current climate in DC doesn't encourage truth-telling.

Oh yes, Carter Page. The guy who smirks constantly. Naval Intelligence, CIA, gets into the Trump campaign and starts talking to Russians and always reporting so to the campaign.
Then when Mueller investigation comes. He gets interviewed one time, for a few hours on ONE afternoon, when everyone else gets the rectal probe back to third grade.
He was CIA, sent to be a Trump campaign member because of his Russia ties. And his presence was tailor made to allow the FBI an excuse to get the FISA warrant to spy on the entire campaign. Also, remember how long he hid those CIA ties, and at times they would have mattered.
I don’t trust him a bit.

- Justice Department inspector general’s (IG) report which detailed 17 “significant” errors and omissions in the FBI’s applications for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants against Page.
- The [IG] report said Somma, who works out of the FBI’s New York field office, was “primarily responsible for some of the most significant errors and omissions in the FISA applications.”
- The use of an alias by an FBI agent outside of an undercover operation is virtually unheard of
- Investigators failed to disclose that Page told Halper during one of their meetings that he had never met Kremlin officials who the dossier claims he met during a trip to Moscow.
- Somma did not include that [other] information in the applications to surveil Page.
- The IG report said that Somma misrepresented the information from the CIA
People don't call them the FIB for nothing.

I want to say they’ve gone rogue. But, the truth is there has been directives from the top. The 1/6 attempted coup they refer to is a projection of the coup that took place in November and are currently in power.

Never heard of an FBI agent going undercover as a different FBI agent,” James Gagliano told the DCNF.
