The dark humor of this is that the US is now the Pfascist totalitarian, and the Russians are standing up for human liberty and human rights.

At the bottom of the article, is says
New York accepts all vaccines that have been approved by either the World Health Organization or America’s federal Food and Drug Administration.
Russians would likely be nationalistic, and opt for Sputnik. Except there is one problem...
Sputnik isn't approved by the WHO and I don't see any evidence that it's kosher in NYC.
So this is likely disingenuous reporting.
