A Political Civil War Over Election Audit in the State of Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania is in the midst of a political civil war over whether or not to hold an election audit.

If the Democrats have nothing to hide, why not let those silly Republicans chase their tails?

After some heated debate, Pennsylvania’s Senate Intergovernmental Operations Committee voted along party lines Wednesday, 7-4, to issue subpoenas to acting Secretary of State Veronica Degraffenreid. The move requires her office to provide a cache of recent election information. Democrats are hoping to block the subpoenas in court.

“It has been made plain that the Department of State and acting Secretary of State Degraffenreid are not willing to participate in this investigation into the 2020 general election and the 2021 primary election, and how the election code is working after the sweeping changes of act 77 of 2020,” Cris Dush, the committee majority chair, said in the opening comments of the meeting.

Act 77 was signed by Governor Tom Wolf in 2019.

Act 77 Fast Facts:

• It created a new option to vote by mail without providing an excuse.
• It allows for a 50-day mail-in voting period, the longest vote-by-mail period in the country.
• Act 77 extended the deadline to register to vote from 15 days to 30 days before an election.
• It also extended mail-in and absentee submission deadlines from the Friday before an election to 8 p.m. on Election Day

The subpoenas call for the Department of State to provide the following information to the Senate Republican Caucus by Oct. 1:

• all communications between the Department of State and any county election director and other election officials
• a copy of every version of directives, guidance, policies and procedures in effect during relevant dates, relating to elections, election systems, mail-in ballot applications, ballots, polling places, or poll watchers
• all training material used to train election workers

The Senate’s Democratic Caucus is expected to file court papers in the Commonwealth Court on Wednesday seeking an injunction to stop the subpoenas.

They refused to allow Trump to have his choice chair the Republican State Committee of PA for the re-election year 2020.

Then two Republicans got elected to statewide office here with those folks getting more votes than the D’s and Biden getting more votes than Trump.

Was there under the table dealing here in PA by the RINO’s to get crumbs for helping Biden?

These are strategically placed infiltrators. The democrats and Soros have spent years placing them. The execution of major vote fraud requires these kinds of steps so that the fraud is not discovered. This is all long planed.

The communist Democrats have EVERYTHING to hide. That is why they are in a "full court press" to eliminate or damage a full forensic audit.

Pennsylvania does NOT have voter integrity. Lack of voter integrity is a show stopper because there can be no future elections without voter integrity in this country.

The challenge is how do you deal with a hostile, unwilling witness that happens to be in political office in a powerful position? The Democrats know that they cheated. Not a single one will cooperate with an audit that is certain to shine the light of truth on their corruption.

Kabuki Theater. Snake Corman killed the audit. Note the word games that Dush is now playing, and the shift in language, as well as the targets of the subpoenas. They're now directed at Wolf, who will ignore them, instead of the counties where the fraud occurred, which Mastriano was targeting before Corman kneecapped him.

It's all a sham now, designed to slow walk the issue past election day. I wouldn't be surprised if Corman is actually coordinating with Wolf's hitman Josh Shapiro in orchestrating the smoke and mirrors now.

Mastriano is scheduled to be on the John Frederick show today and is expected to hammer the Snake.

Yesterday the woman heading the citizen’s group hammered the Snake.

I hold little hope in all this activity, especially when it comes to the Pennsylvania courts. Those courts are some of the most politically corrupt in the nation, all the way up to their supreme court.
