I am going to continue to use diluted pvp iodine in my nose.
Pretty sure there are some studies that say it can kill covid.

I just use it when I feel the first signs of a sore throat. That plus the German Vicks “First Defense” nasal spray and zinc lozenges have worked to knock out colds and sore throats in less than 24 hours.
