PHOENIX (AP) - The Arizona Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected an effort by the state Senate to keep secret records of its ongoing review of the 2020 election in Maricopa County that are in the possession of the contractors conducting the recount.
The high court without comment rejected the appeal filed after an appeals court and trial court both ruled the documents are public records that must be released. The court also dissolved a stay on the appeals court ruling it put in place on Aug. 24 so it could review the record and decide whether to accept the appeal.
The Arizona Court of Appeals had ruled that the documents sought by the watchdog group American Oversight detailing how the recount and audit are being conducted are public and must be turned over.

Paid off, corrupt judges.
Ignore it just like the Dems did.
Dems and Board of Supervisors don’t comply. Time to tell them to take a flying leap.
RELEASE THE FRIGGEN REPORT!!!!!!
As soon as they comply, the marxists will file for an injunction to prevent mthe report from being released. Just watch.
Meanwhile, someone, somehow, is delaying the report release until the other side has it and moves to quash it from public release.
Watch.
According to this “ruling” anyone could compel the police to release all records of any criminal investigation in progress because they are public records. Yeah, try that and see how it goes. Until the audit report is issued the audit is still “in progress”. The AZ senate should tell the syphilletic judge they’ll release the records when they get the routers
How come THAT information is public and can’t be blocked but the Dominion machine software, logs, results and records FOR A PUBLIC ELECTION ARE EXEMPT AND NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SEE THEM!?
And in this case, I think they should just take a page from Maricopa and ignore the order.
Yeah. That’s a very well put question about our two tiered justice system.
Amazing that the Arizona Senate “public records” must be released - but not the Maricopa County “public records”...
When they turn over the routers we will turn over the reports, until then ESAD.
Redact everything except “the”.
LOGIC IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE COURT ROOM; we thought you already knew that.
What a joke
I expect that the ruling you want will soon be forthcoming and will cite the current case as precedent and the audit report as proving the need for access to the routers.
When did ensuring the integrity of an election become “controversial?”
I spoke to the office of State Senate President Karen Fann.
They’ve received the results and will release them within the next 10 days.
the format is supposed to be similar to how they released information this summer w/ the panel of experts explaining the findings.
