How can they be vigilante when they are told not to take it home though?
Parents need to pay close attention to their kids and talk to them about their school work. Quizzing them about there classroom experiences, daily, is part of that attention.
I have an 8th grader and a sophomore in high school - we spend every evening going over their school work and discussing that day’s events.
If a teacher discusses something we consider questionable - or some material catches our interest, we start with an e-mail inquiry with that teacher and go from there.
That’s what I mean by vigilance.
