The nurses and doctors told me that they were forbidden to force to her take meds against her will.Sorry about your ordeal, but it reminded me of the ACLU law suit over Deinstitutionalisation (the return to the community of people with mental health problems) in the 1980s. The ACLU argued that mental patients weren't required to take their meds, which in turn created today's homeless mess.

The ACLU is no longer relevant. When a so called civil rights organization decides to start picking only one side of the political spectrum, they are now a political organization and not a civil rights organization.
