Well, the mandate for companies with over 100 employees is coming from OSHA, so no Sheriffs will be involved.

It will take at least 6 months for implementation and OSHA does not have the means for widespread enforcement.

Having worked with OSHA for years I know they will enforce the mandate with vigor. The problem is manpower. If the government doesn’t deputize some additional agents they’ll be overwhelmed. They have to decide which is more important vaccines or tying off the ladder properly.
