ideo footage from a nurse at the Bowling Green Medical Center in Kentucky shows hospital officials repeatedly refusing to admit that they are firing her for not taking the COVID vaccine, stammering that she “needs to leave,” and then finally conceding that she has been “terminated’ in order to get her to leave the premises. The footage was posted to TikTok by the account @aleminnicks on September 3, and was captioned, The Medical Center in BG, KY was trying to quietly put over 350 out of a job without resignation or termination for not getting the vaccine. #stopthemandate.” In the video, the nurse is told, “You do not work here anymore, cause everybody’s had this conversation with you in detail, you’ve talked to HR yesterday…”
The employee responds, “I did not quit, and I was not fired.” The supervisor then begins loudly demanding, “You need to leave.” Eventually, after the officials call in multiple people including a security guard to the room, one man who identifies himself as Eddie Mill admits, “You’ve been terminated.”

Hope the hospital and the workers get their pants off. Watching the video just makes your blood boil.
I hope for her sake that KY has one-party consent for “wiretapping” aka recording.
Otherwise termination aka firing may be the least of her worries.
looked it up. She’s good:
“Kentucky bars the recording, interception, use or disclosure of any oral or telephonic communication without the consent of at least one party to the conversation. The state also prohibits the recording and disclosure of images intercepted in violation of its voyeurism law. Violators can face criminal penalties.”
She stopped recording when the first guy told her she didn’t have his permission to record. The second guy obviously knew she was recording because she was holding the camera up.
It is ironic that the Linda trip rule brought this to light. It varies from state to state. The more you know.
Yes, good for her for holding out and forcing them to (1) fire her and (2) clarify that it was for no experimental vaccine. Now she can sue them.
“Hope the hospital and the workers get their pants off.”
Uhhh...
If your co worker is getting terminated for not taking the jab, then as a Liberty Loving American, it is your duty to walk off the job with them, whether you took the jab or not.
Do not show your vax card to anyone. Resist.
In fact. Burn it.
The medical community is a cult
Do not trust their priorities.
And remember, they’re indebted to you by hundreds of thousands — they owe you.
Most medical professionals aren’t submitting to that poison.
KY is one party consent.
I believe that is exactly what she was waiting for, and that is exactly what she will do. 👍
the idea here is that they dont want to
pay two-weeks pay for firing someone
or something else?
that’s how it’s done.

And yes I've worked in HC for very many yeas...
Small rural Hosp.
Handful of us did not....Some young some older
I hear a lot of BS.....but I don't care.
I've been around many COVID patients...up in their grills...I'm good. Wear a N-95 and a simple mask....
I don't worry about it....
Think I had the COVID..and have antibodies..
They have seen a lot-docs and nurses, including the adverse effects of these jabs that no one is to speak of or tell anyone about. As I said, you will have no one to take care of the hospital, clinic and nursing home patients if this hypocritical “mandate” horse shit continues.
WHY are government workers exempt?
What do they know?
This is pure dictatorship type crapola and the mandators will be sued, including the hospitals and the feds.
Why the police and EMTs not want the jabs?
Think about what you may not be being told.
The nurse will lose because she went against company policy and following an order.
“Think about what you may not be being told.”
I’d rather have questions that can’t be answered, than answers that can’t be questioned...
