I don’t get this. The quote is:
“There is little cultural overlap between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home. Then there is disdainful pluralism in their disdain for human life. When I first saw this I thought he was talking about Antifa, BLM, and the people tearing down statutes and burning stuff. It didn’t occur to me that he was speaking about the protests on Jan 6.
When I listened to it again just now, I saw no reason to think he was speaking about the Jan 6 protests and not Antifa and so forth.
Why do so many think he’s talking about the Jan 6 Protest?
I would say he was speaking of the “white supremacists” because the left is hailing him a hero and changed and he is not saying otherwise.
