Sadly, like Bush, the people of Arkansas had no choice but to elect the guy. I’m sure he talked a great game and quickly pivoted to thumb his nose at the people of Arkansas.
Damn near every problem we have in this country can be directly linked to the county and state level GOP apparatus, who in turn feed the RNC, NRSC, & NRCC.
Anyone worth a darn, if he/she isn’t on the GOPe/RINO/Chamber of Commerce wagon, is dismissed.
What can be sensed in both of them is some “coaching” and teaching from religion types who say idiotic things in detriment to Christianity. The “let’s let the muslims use our church” or “our National CathedraL in DC” crowd of ministers.
No sense of the TRUTH of islam, as Robert Spencer has made known. There is no equalization possible, they are not both “good”. Christianity is a religion of peace. Islam is one of death and pagan devils.
