The pfizer vaccine can no longer be considered since it has been fully approved. The virus has killed over 630,000 in the US alone. And, some think we continue testing for another 30 years just to see how many more the virus would kill?

Mandatory vaccinations are a state and local concern. There has never been a federal vaccine. Not for polio, not smallpox. Nothing.

This is nonsense. Most companies do not inquire of vaccination status for any diseases during the hiring process, and few fields require inoculations of any sort.
Because Chris, there are NO polio or chicken pox mandates.
At least not in Oregon. Read the law carefully and you will see that it does not mandate any vaccinations at all. What it mandates is that in the event of an epidemic, that schools will exclude unvaccinated children and that records must be up to date so they know who should be excluded.
If parents don’t provide vaccination records or exemption forms, then the children can be excluded until the paperwork is done. That’s it.
The public health authorities and the media play it like it’s a mandate for shots and many people are fooled.
It came out in the mid 90’s and the US was one of the last adopters. Japan and Europe had been using it for years. I know this because it was when I was making babies, so was very familiar with the vax schedules.
Oh … maybe because those vaccines weren’t rushed out the door, were tested extensively, are FDA approved … and actually work as they’re designed to work. Just maybe.
Me. Adults are 25x more likely to die from chickenpox than children are as well as have more frequent and more serious complications.
That’s why pox parties were a thing. Get it over with so it doesn’t bite them in the ass when they are older making your grandchildren orphans.
I tried like heck to get my kids sick with it, but the vaccinations had pretty much wiped it out, so when they reached age 12, I got them vaxxed for it.
Answer: Because those really were vaccines.
I am willing to bet my 15 year old beagle had covid while my wife and I were down with it. One day he stopped eating, shivered a lot and had a raspy cough. The next day he was pretty much back to normal.
The reason this not in the same category is because covid has such a low mortality risk.
