He’s talking about Arizona, not the congress. I suspect if they decertified it all it would be would be that AZs electoral votes are not counted in the DeFedGov recognized official tally (which even if they flipped them to Trump would be insufficient to do anything).

I’m of average intelligence, but in choosing a running mate, I think I would have had a detailed interview regarding the philosophy of adhering to the US Constitution. I would not have winged it.
Mickey Pence says his role in certifying was ceremonial. Which is a kick in the nuts because the Founding Fathers never put anything in the US Constitution that was ceremonial or unnecessary.

No, there is no law to deal with it, but it has to be dealt with.
Exactly how it’s dealt with will have to be worked out in the US Congress and the Supreme Court, between Democrats and Republicans.

There was evidence of improprieties at the time of certification. The constitutional remedy was by-passed and rubber stamped by the VP and Congress.
There is no path to decertifying the election at this point. They can do it at the state level, even tomorrow; but it’s not going to happen where it counts.
