I’ve read that companies disobeying Biden’s mandate can be fined up to $14,000 per employee. That fine will enacted through a rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

I am not seeing (also not out looking for it) much in the MSM that is supportive of this vaccine mandate being the “right answer”.
It also seems to target WORKING PEOPLE, who pay taxes. Maybe they would have better luck by targeting those who rely on welfare benefits, instead (which still would be an overreach, IMO).
Hoping a few courts shoot it down very quickly, before too much damage is done.
On the other hand 0bama/Biden may know this will never get by the Supreme Court and this is a diversion to get patriotic minds off the colossal 0bama/Biden screw up in Afghanistan, where hundreds of American citizens are still being held hostage.

What we have today is not the Free Republic I joined 23 years ago, during the height of the Clinton Impeachment / Lewinskygate scandal. Free Republic was united in purpose and vision - a vision you crafted, that others picked up and ran with, and organized locally across the country.
Who can ever forget the DC Chapter and all the great protests they put on. I followed them closely and found myself uplifted by what they did. Enough so that a small, rag-tag group of us here in Hellinois organized ourselves and made Bill Clinton's life hell whenever he came to Chicago ("Shitcago" as I've called it for decades) following him around and screaming at him at the tops of our lungs "How's Hillary? Has she thrown any ashtrays lately?" And my personal favorite which caused me to lose my voice for a few days "How's Monica Lewinsky doing?"
What's happening here on Free Republic lately is simply stated a war between those who are vaccinated vs. those who are not.
Last night we watched IN HORROR Fuhrer Biden declare war against FL Gov Ron DeSantis and TX Gov Greg Abbott. He blew the 'dog whistle' saying he'd "get them out" which was a signal to antifa and blm to harass/assassinate them, in my opinion.
That 'speech' was so reminiscent of Adolf Hitler marginalizing the Jews in Germany ahead of World War II it was astonishing. (I happen to know a little bit about this since members of my own family escaped Hitler's Nazi's.)
The same way Adolf Hitler divided the German people, Joe Biden did that in spades to the American people yesterday by declaring the un-vaccinated the enemy.
Those who continue to fight along the "vaccinated vs. unvaccinated" lines here on Free Republic are doing Joe Biden's bidding. Let me be crystal clear about that.
Both sides have heaved incredible insults, disinformation, and personal attacks at each other these past 8+ months now and frankly, those of you who continue to do so, do this forum no favors. Don't believe me? How about this. Last night Fuhrer Biden "ordered" every company in America over 100 employees to tell their employees to either get vaccinated or get tested weekly. Why did he do this? Because Big Pharma has immunity from damages and shifting the liability for damages vaccines cause to businesses' will destroy those businesses when they're sued for forcing employees to get vaccinated.
Need more proof? Forcing vaccines is just the start. It's the tool to make Americans compliant to the Federal Behemoth. It doesn't stop with vaccines and anyone who thinks so is kidding themselves.
Once you sign away your God given rights to your body via forced vaccinations, you surrender your guns, your health, and yes - your very right to breathe. You become property of the State.
Those of you who continue fighting the "vaccine wars" here on Free Republic are doing Fuhrer Biden's bidding. It's crystal clear. You're advancing the march towards a FASCIST state here in America.

As I myself learned yesterday I have "super-immunity" (I had Covid, have natural immunity and my natural immunity was boosted by getting vaccinated) I will state here again and for the record as I've done in several posts these past months, I stand with those who choose NOT to be vaccinated. That is their God given right to do so. As is my God given right to be vaccinated.
For all those who consciensiously choose to not be vaccinated, I stand with you. I will not allow myself to be sucked in to the 'vaccine wars' here on Free Republic and I will stand with those who also refuse to allow themselves to be.
It's time Free Republic united in purpose and mission again, in the spirit of 1998 and fought against the FASCISM and divisive tactics that Fuhrer Biden, the Democrat Party and all Biden Voters are using against us.
