Begging a leftist judge to set aside a policy instituted by a radical leftist President is just beating your head against the wall. Courts are political entities today, any notion of them being neutral arbiters of the law went out a long time ago.
What’s required is a constitutional convention of states to neuter this thing called the federal (government?) which should not even exist except for national defense and for which on that account does not exist. Start over at zero on the whole fed think wipe the board.
