His Administration will have a hard time trying to defend in court, the fact that they’ve given special dispensations to certain groups of people. You don’t do for one group, what you can’t, or won’t do for all.

This is not difficult, folks.

Unions have union contracts. Those are agreements that are negotiated between management and the union identifying the working conditions—and they are binding on both management and employees until a new contract is negotiated and ratified.

Non-union businesses do not have such contracts, so the employer can change the working conditions at will.

Spot on!! This just undercut any argument Biden would have using OSHA regs for workplace safety. It also undercuts any argument based on general public safety. He doesn’t care if he loses in Court. His and the Dems goal is to paint the GOP and SCOTUS as facilitating Covid deaths with Biden as the great protector whose efforts are blocked by death wish Republicans.

I have a feeling they didn’t think this through very well. This seems like a very easy way to challenge It in court. I almost wonder if they want their mandate to fail but you need to speech to rile up their base to heat the unvaccinated.
