President Joe Biden extended an eviction moratorium already deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, so it would come as little surprise that President Norms would ignore the law going forward with his imperiled presidency. But Biden's latest blow in his campaign against the coronavirus isn't just a legal mess destined for endless court challenges; it's a logistical nightmare with little likelihood of doing anything other than further tightening the labor market and inflaming the sentiments of the vaccine-hesitant.
Yallen announcing potential default on the debt and things could go bad VERY fast.
The vaccinated wasted their specific antibodies (I believe that is called IgM but unsure) on the solitary spike protein in the vaccines, not even the whole virus. In response, the virus changed that spike to the variants Delta, Lambda, etc. which became more contagious and more virulent. So the vaccinated have a weakened response and are less able to fight off each new variant.
If you have been vaccinated;
Burn the card, publicly, on camera if possible. Post to Youtube.

Depends on the state. Most states won’t pay unemployment if you are fired or quit, but will pay if you are laid off.

Immunity is more than antibody specific immunity. There is very little discussion of cellular immunity. Although it appears there is temporary immunity to original strains, I doubt the immunity will be very good as the virus mutates.
The long term effect of repeated MRNA boosters will be a disaster. All that spike protein floating around.

I was laid off last year because of Covid, also 2 years from retirement.
Just as Biden said when he extended the unconstitutional CDC rental moratorium, (paraphrasing), “I know this covid vaccination EO/directive is unconstitutional, but it will be months or years before the Supreme Court rules and by then we will have achieved our goal”.
Don’t doubt that this is what they are counting on. It will take an emergency filing by FL and TX to possibly get an initial stay and then the govt will request a stay of the stay on appeal etc.
The rule of law doesn’t matter to them, only how much damage they can cause before a court shuts them down. But, even after losing they will just rewrite it to change a few sentences and treat as if it is a new edict, just as they tried to do with the second CDC rental moratorium.
How can this diktat be enforced? You will need a huge bureaucracy to monitor businesses and their employees. What documents will be required and who is responsible for verifying their authenticity? We have millions of illegal aliens who are working despite actual laws that prohibit them from working and employers from hiring them.
Besides being unconstitutional, this will be a logistical nightmare.
Quitting is not an option. Preserve legal rights by forcing their hand.

Good point And I also think this is just a distraction from Afghanistan and to try and stop his freefall. This week, we have seen them sue TX over the abortion law. And pump the Jill Biden goes back to teaching stories endlessly.
The two main consequences of Biden’s mandate are:
(1) Companies with just over 100 employees have incentives to fire people so they now employ just under 100 each.
(2) Lawsuits against the federal government will now explode.
There was a study from around 2014 that looked at Ivermectin and its method of action. The content of that study was a little over my head but they suggested ways in which it modulated cellular response to infections. The good thing about IVM is that you take it for a few days and then stop, and it will be flushed from the system a few days later. It may not be bulletproof against Covid but too much evidence supporting its use is out there for these jerks to keep refusing to study it and pretending that it’s a danger.
