“Was that wrong? Should I not have done that? I tell you, I gotta plead ignorance on this thing, because if anyone had said anything to me at all when I first started here that that sort of thing is frowned upon . . . .”

You loot, we shoot. I don’t care the definition of a riot.

“”the challenged law’s confusing definition of ‘riot’ fails to give their members sufficient notice of what is prohibited or when they could be subject to arrest, such that their members do not wish to participate in future protests or have ceased organizing protests altogether.””

NP. Update the legislation to clarify.

Not to worry, it’s another obama judge.
Obama hacks....I mean judges....get overturned 85% of the
time by higher courts.

Again though, another radicalized commie democrat judge
trying to empower the ability for domestic terrorist groups
blm and antifa.
This obama appointed scumbag is greenlighting leftist violence.
What a surprise.

Oh, great. Looking forward to my new state having riots in Tampa, Miami-Dade, Orlando, Tallahassee, etc.

Turn the prosecutions over the Feds, they have no problem with constitutionality.

how about....looting, burning buildings and/or stores, beating people who don’t agree with you.....think these are obvious enough to be prohibited.....maybe the ‘judge’ would like to personally hand out flyers to rioters.

imho, Dems and Dem lite think ‘anything goes and is ok’ except if it’s to them, their families or their homes.

Hold your horses, fellow FReepers!

An ill-worded law could, conceivably, also be used against conservatives!

Let’s see, this should be easy:

- No violence. Of any kind, fighting, hurling objects, causing pain, fear, or contaminated substances.
- Close-up Verbal abuse is violence.
- No damage to property. Unless it’s yours, go ahead.
- No Larceny. (Do not steal from persons or buildings.)
- No Fires. If you can’t make a critically thought out argument without burning something, go home, noone will listen to you.
No threats of violence. Of any kind.
- No fighting. That’s not protesting.
- No intimidation. Just say what you are protesting.

If a judge claims he has the authority to license you to act in those uncivilized ways, his decisions should all be voided as he no longer competent.

(to be fair, a judge like this in the early days of America would be easily subject to tar and feathering, but we have moved beyond that.)

There has to be some kind of consequence to these Judges who make nonsensical rulings.
