I have NEVER believed that “unintended consequences” were resultant FRom her edict that FBI and CIA could not share intel! She did that for a very specific reason!

By unintended consequences, I was speaking of the attack of 9/11.
The reason for the wall was to stop coordination of intelligence between domestic and international agencies wrt the foreign (ChiCom) financing of the Clinton campaigns for President. That lack of coordination is what led to the inability of military intelligence to share what it had learned through Able Danger with the FBI. The result of that compartmentalization(?) of intelligence was the attack.
